In a world that rushes past in swipes and deadlines, I 've often paused to ask: What does it mean to truly “be” in a space? Not just occupy it, but to be held by it. To feel calmed, aligned, and quietly nourished by the very air, light, and rhythm around you.

The teachings of spirituality often refer to being aware in the 'gap', in the 'pause'. For me too, design begins at that pause.

As the principal architect at Spaces and Design, and now as the founder and lead designer at The Prana Homes, I 've found myself gravitating towards a way of living, and designing, that is intuitive, healing, and slow. Not slow in pace alone, but slow in purpose. Slow living is about creating spaces that support intent over impulse, depth over décor, and essence over excess.

Our purpose is to create environs that epitomise harmony, aesthetics, and optimum functionality, enriching the life of the user in their habitat.
