I am frequently asked what my favorite gemstone designs are and where to find them. After my trip to the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show, I updated my list of favorites to include gemstone designer, Phan Thanh Trung.

At the Main Show's ULTRA TEC Booth, I was reunited with one of my favorite gemstone faceters and teachers, Tom Ross.

There he said he took a break from concave/fantasy faceting and was captivated by the new designs from Phan Thanh Trung. After looking at his display of gemstones cut in the designs by Phan, I completely understood.
