What inspired you to specialize in gynaecology and endoscopic surgery?

My inspiration for specializing in gynaecology stemmed from a deep desire to empower women by addressing their unique health needs at various stages of life. The field offers a holistic approach, from adolescence through menopause, focusing on well-being and quality of life. The addition of endoscopic surgery to my specialization was a natural progression. I was captivated by the precision, minimally invasive nature, and significantly improved patient outcomes that endoscopy offers. It allows for faster recovery, less pain, and smaller scars, which aligns perfectly with my patient-centered philosophy. The ability to offer advanced, less traumatic surgical solutions is incredibly rewarding.

How has your training at PGI Chandigarh shaped your medical journey?

My training at PGI Chandigarh was foundational and profoundly shaped my medical journey.
