Mihir Ahuja, currently seen as Abhijeet in Pyaar Paisa Profit – produced by Yash and Mamta Patnaik under Inspire Films – is enjoying a fresh wave of attention. Streaming on Amazon MX Player, the series is an adaptation of Durjoy Datta's popular novel Now That You're Rich, Let's Fall in Love.

But Mihir, who has been steadily working in the industry since 2017, looks back with warmth at where it all began. “My first salary was for an ad — I got ₹15,000. That was my first-ever paycheck in Bombay,” he says with the kind of relaxed honesty that’s become his signature.

As the story progresses, Abhijeet’s arc underscores a deeper truth — that sincerity eventually outweighs surface-level swagger. “He realises you have to be a genuinely good person at heart to succeed,” Mihir reflects.
