At Prada, a skirt is never just a skirt. For Spring/Summer 2026, it becomes something far more intimate and elaborate, as the Maison plays with construction, illusion and a quiet rebellion against the idea of a fixed silhouette. Under the Made in Prada narrative, these pieces resist immediate comprehension. Instead, they ask to be observed, questioned and experienced over time.

What emerges is not a singular, conventional form, but a choreography — where each step and shift of light subtly transforms the silhouette. Look 8 makes this immediately clear. It begins not with a fixed pattern, but with intuition: draped directly on the mannequin, the design explores the tension between volume and restraint before evolving into a precisely engineered piece.
