Hospitality group Ebb & Flow—which revived local confectionery Chin Mee Chin and brought us Michelin-starred Willow and cult pizzeria Casa Vostra—adds another heavy hitter to its F&B portfolio. And it's sexy in all the right ways.

Tucked next to the entrance of Mondrian Singapore Duxton, temper is part wine room, part cocktail lounge, part after-dark playground. Bauhaus lines, sculptural arches and low, cinematic lighting set the mood for a stylish hangout filled with beautiful people. You can settle into a cosy corner with a bottle of Champagne, linger over oysters and pasta in the wine room upstairs, or head downstairs where live jazz or DJ-spun hip-hop and R&B tracks—curated by nightlife veteran Joshua Pillai—gently raise the energy as the evening unfolds.
