Having given Nathan £10K to leave the area, Sarah fumes when she and Bethany spot him driving past. After reporting the breach, Sarah confronts her daughter's abuser, reminding him of their deal. Nathan laughs in her face, so the furious mum decides to up the ante.

Later, copper Kit, who's working on Lauren's case with DS Swain, catches Sarah trying to plant one of Lauren's hair bobbles in Nathan's van. She's warned off but when Nathan's arrested, is her handiwork the cause?
