Newcomers Mick and Lou cause havoc

Gemma made a new pal last week in Lou, a fellow mum from Bessie Street Primary. This week, the pintpuller and husband Chesney are introduced to Lou's other half, Mick, but the couple are completely unaware that he's the troublesome 'silver van man' who's been tormenting Ches following a set-to last year over a Freshco parking space.

Described by Corrie boss Kate Brooks as 'neighbours from hell', Mick and Lou are the new occupants of a house on Mawdsley Street, which backs onto the left side of Coronation Street. Gemma and Chesney help the couple move their belongings in, but they find themselves in the middle of a war zone when Lou discovers that Mick has broken a vase that belonged to her dead nan.
