The four-part series is penned by deaf writer William Mager, and combines spoken English with British Sign Language (BSL) and subtitles.

It centres on Daniel Brennan (Switch's Matthew Gurney), a deaf man who is released from prison after serving 10 years for inexplicably murdering his friend Ray (Ace Mahbaz). Now, Daniel wants to expose the truth about the past by tracking down an old face who he hopes will be at a school reunion.
