Meet the creator - Karina Parwani - a young patissier who followed her heart to launch her bakery, Your Sugar Story, and now churns out sweet treats from her home kitchen, where she builds some of the most exquisite cakes in the business.

Every cake is an opportunity for Karina to flex her creative muscle. Her bespoke cakes, sometimes weighing as much as 8 kgs, are the highlight of her menu, followed by her cheesecakes, brownies, cold coffees, healthy cakes, and her newest creation, cake sandwiches. It's not often that she plays with wacky combinations, like the potato wafer and chocolate cake she once did, but it's not unlike her to frequently expand her menu with every new skill she adds to her toolkit.
