CLAIM TO FAME The Oscar-winning actress has been producing female-led projects with her company, Hello Sunshine, since 2016.

PIVOT PROJECT She's currently juggling acting and producing gigs (including The Morning Show and the upcoming third season of Big Little Lies) while running her popular online book club and her Draper James fashion line.

BY THE NUMBERS Witherspoon is worth an estimated $430 million.

"There just wasn't a spectrum of storytelling for women that I felt was representative of the world that we walk through and that our daughters are seeing on film and television," Witherspoon, 47, said of her decision to start Hello Sunshine, which she sold in 2021 for $900 million.

CLAIM TO FAME She’s the host of the uber-popular podcast Call Her Daddy on which she’s done tell-alls with stars like Miley Cyrus and John Mayer.

PIVOT PROJECT In June, Cooper announced the launch of her new “Gen Z media venture” called Trending (with her producer fiancé, Matt Kaplan), and in November, she went on a six-city one-woman tour.

BY THE NUMBERS The threeyear deal she signed with Spotify in 2021 was worth $60 million, making her the second-highest-paid podcaster by the streaming giant.

In August, Cooper, 29, launched The Unwell network, signing influencers Alix Earle and Madeline Argy to develop their own podcasts. “I don’t want to just be relying on ‘Alex Cooper’ and ‘Call Her Daddy,’” she’s said.
