Last June, Khloé Kardashian celebrated her milestone 40th birthday — and she's never been more at peace.

"Every era makes us who we are in this present era," says Kardashian.

“[My] 40s are so perfect,” says Kardashian. “I'm in a really great place in my life right now.” While she does sometimes feel her age (“Your body gives out a little bit more,” she quips), the reality star has found a new sense of confidence. After years of letting fears hold her back, “I was like, ‘Screw this. I'm gonna push myself,’” says Kardashian, who launched her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, earlier this year. “I found my rhythm,” she adds. “I'm proud that I've done it.” Here, the mom of two (she shares True, 7, and Tatum, 2, with ex Tristan Thompson) tells Us more.
