SICKLY Queen Camilla’s latest health crisis is throwing Britain’s royal family into a major panic — and adding to fears that both she and cancer-stricken King Charles won’t survive past 2025, courtiers confide.

The 77-year-old queen recently bowed out of a series of engagements during a raging chest infection — and her health is far shakier than she admits, sources spill.

“Camilla is the type to keep a stiff upper lip — but the reality is her body is breaking down,” a palace insider dishes.

The monarch’s wife stepped up to fulfill extra public duties after Charles, 76, revealed his cancer diagnosis in February. Although the palace has yet to specify what type of disease the king is battling, well-placed sources have told The National ENQUIRER it’s the deadly pancreatic variety — and the increasing angst over the situation is taking a serious toll on the queen!
