OLYMPIC snowboarder Ryan Wedding didn't attract much attention at the 2002 Games by taking 24th place in his event - but he's getting a ton of notoriety these days after allegedly turning into a murderous drug kingpin and having a $10 million reward placed on his head!
-
Authorities say the 43-year-old Canadian has moved billions of dollars worth of hard drugs — including cocaine and fentanyl — into the U.S. and his homeland in a trafficking operation that included coldblooded murders!
Wedding — also known as El Jefe, Giant, and Public Enemy — is believed to be hiding out in Mexico under the protection of the powerful Sinaloa drug cartel. But lawmen believe his days on the lam are numbered.
"The increase in the reward should make it clear — there is nowhere safe for Wedding to hide," declares Los Angeles Police Department Deputy Chief Alan Hamilton.
