The rock star-turned- chef dishes on cooking, kids and Canada

Performing for thousands of fans as the frontman of alt-rock band Bush never fazed Gavin Rossdale. But it was a different story when he decided to host his own cooking show with no formal culinary or journalistic training. “It was quite daunting,” he admits.

On Dinner with Gavin Rossdale (StackTV), the 59-year-old welcomes A-list guests like Selma Blair and Sir Tom Jones into his Los Angeles home, creating delicious meals and engaging them in lively dinner conversations.

When celebrities aren’t at the table, the London native is serving up supper to his three sons – Kingston, 19, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 11 - whom he shares with ex Gwen Stefani.

Here, Gavin chats about his love of the kitchen, proud dad moments and how he showed his love for Canadians on his band’s most recent tour.
