The Prince of Wales teams up with Cate Blanchett to help save the planet - and his adoring children are in no doubt about his talents

The Prince of Wales joined forces with Hollywood royalty fora visit to a groundbreaking UK business last week.

And Prince William and Cate Blanchett — who travelled to Norwich-based Colorifix, which creates sustainable dyes for clothing and was a finalist in the Earthshot Prize’s Build a Waste-Free World category in 2023 ~ were fascinated by what they discovered.

During their visit, William and Academy Award-winning star Cate, who is a member of the Earthshot Prize Council, were taken through every stage of the dyeing process, inchiding visiting four laboratories.

Wearing lab coats for protection during their visit, they also heard how the firm’s process saves water, energy and carbon emissions.
