As the sun set over Los Angeles, catwalk and showbiz stars pulled out all the stops to showcase high-end glamour at one of the most dazzling events in the calendar: the Fashion Trust US Awards.

Among the A-listers to grace the red carpet at a private venue in Beverly Hills were models Heidi Klum and Alessandra Ambrosio, heiress and DJ Paris Hilton and singer Kelly Rowland.

FASHION FORWARD

The prestigious ceremony, which champions young talent in the fashion industry and made its debut last year, was hosted by Zooey Deschanel.

The actress went for a classic Hollywood look, wearing a long scarlet halterneck gown teamed with a sparkling diamond choker, plus a gold cuff and clutch.
