GRAMMY-WINNING Lizzo once crusaded on the platform that it was okay to be fat — but the once-300-pounds-plus songbird has changed her tune.

Sources say the 5-foot-10 Truth Hurts singer is now down to around 240 pounds after dropping 60 pounds and 16 percent of her body fat, and is living a healthy lifestyle that includes diet and exercise.

We say kudos to the 37-year-old Rumors rapper not just because she looks better, but because she'll likely live longer.
