TEENAGE terror Diego Leyva gunned down his parents and two siblings in New Mexico — and drunkenly confessed to the cold-blooded quadruple homicide in a bone-chilling 911 call, cops charge.

Deputies say “extremely intoxicated” Diego, 16, emerged with his hands raised from the family’s home near the small city of Belen, about 30 miles south of Albuquerque.
