Her entry into the real estate industry was a natural progression from her business in high-end European renovation materials.
This business exposed her to the intricacies of home updates plus construction and as a result, sparked her interest in the field. Seven and a half years ago, she took the bold step of obtaining her real estate licence, marking the beginning of her successful career in this field. Operating as a solo agent, Stephanie’s approach to real estate is far from conventional.
She leads a team of five full-time licenced assistants, each specializing in different aspects of the real estate process. This includes creating detailed 40 to 60-page booklets listings, handling MLS entries, focusing on buyer clients and managing social media including market updates. Stephanie’s reach in the real estate market is extensive, covering Ottawa, Lower and Upper Ottawa Valley, Frontenac County and Lanark Highlands. Her coverage area spans an impressive radius of roughly 100 kilometers.
