Volume 14 2026

In the ever-evolving automotive repair and restoration landscape, demand for cutting- edge facilities capable of handling the most sophisticated vehicles continues to rise.

A landmark in construction and automotive service

Tri-Star Construction proudly completed the new Renew-It Sandton facility, a state-of-the-art panel-beating centre that sets new industry standards. Officially operational since November 2025, the facility exemplifies innovation, precision, and excellence in construction, tailored to the demanding requirements of high-end automotive repairs.

A visionary project

Renew-It Sandton is one of the few accredited panel shops in South Africa capable of servicing luxury and high-performance vehicles, including Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Bentley, and others. This accreditation underscores the importance of the facility's design, layout, and construction quality - elements Tri-Star Construction delivered meticulously.

The project was conceived as a comprehensive, multilevel complex integrating functional spaces to meet diverse operational needs. The ground floor houses a spacious warehouse and office area, providing ample space for parts storage, administrative functions, and client consultations.

The first floor is dedicated to office spaces, providing a comfortable environment for management and staff. Above these, the warehouse and spray booth panel shop occupy a dedicated section, optimised for efficiency, safety, and precision. The third floor features a well-designed canteen, providing workers with a comfortable space to relax and recharge during long shifts.
