Can you give us a little background on Raheja Modern Vivarea and what engineering interventions have been incorporated in the project?

Raheja Modern Vivarea is spread across 3 acres, with two west-facing towers and views of the Golf Course, Racecourse and Arabian Sea. The towers will have a selection of 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, which can be tailored to suit specifications and offer bespoke living experiences ranging up to 8500 sq-ft carpet per family. Each apartment will have a massive in-room 12.5 feet floor-to-floor height adding to the expanse of the home. The project is positioned to congregate business leaders of corporate India.

What’s unique is that we have the same team right from the last line labourer to the top architects and consultants who worked on Raheja Vivarea, in the same micro-market, are now working on Raheja Modern Vivarea.
