Every office tells a unique design story, and the headquarters of The Guardians at BKC One, Mumbai, is no exception. The journey began with a pivotal question: "How I should a real estate advisory office be designed?" Architect Tushar Mistry responded by blending experimentation, innovation, and a new design language to create an environment that offers variety, flexibility, and immersive technology. With its rustic aesthetic, featuring distressed concrete textures, exposed ceilings, and expansive glass partitions, the office exudes a sense of openness and sophistication.
