A CITY BUILT FOR CODE

February 2026

Designed by RSP Design Consultants and conceived as Ahmedabad's first integrated IT and GCC district, Million Minds Tech City signals a new urban blueprint where enterprise infrastructure, talent ecosystems, and sustainability converge at city scale.

A CITY BUILT FOR CODE

In a country where commercial development has long been defined by isolated office towers and peripheral IT parks, Million Minds Tech City marks a decisive shift in ambition and thinking. Conceived as Ahmedabad's first fully integrated IT and Global Capability Centre focused tech city, the project signals Gujarat’s arrival on the national and global GCC map. Developed by Ganesh Housing Limited and masterplanned by RSP Architects, Million Minds is not just a workplace destination, but a self-sustaining commercial ecosystem designed to meet the evolving needs of global enterprises, talent communities, and the city itself.

imageLocated in the heart of Ahmedabad’s Central Business District zone, Million Minds Tech City challenges the long-held assumption that world-class technology campuses must sit on the urban fringe. Instead, it positions enterprise-grade infrastructure within the city’s commercial core, offering Grade A, GCC-ready workspaces alongside retail, hospitality, public amenities, and social infrastructure. With a planned development of nearly 18 million square feet, the project represents one of the most ambitious commercial transformations ever undertaken in western India.

From office park to enterprise district

At its core, Million Minds Tech City is designed as a next-generation business district rather than a conventional office complex. The masterplan blends large-scale commercial towers with collaborative innovation zones, retail boulevards, serviced hospitality, structured parking, and curated public interaction nodes. The intent is clear. This is not an isolated corporate enclave but a campus-style environment where work, life, and leisure intersect seamlessly.
