What are the products that you are showcasing in SEMICON INDIA?

At SEMICON INDIA, we are showcasing a wide range of industrial products for semiconductors and display technologies. Specifically, for semiconductors, we have lithography tools, including nano-imprint, KrF, and i-line systems. These are highly popular worldwide, not just for front-end processes but also for advanced packaging.

Additionally, we offer sputtering tools, thanks to our group company Canon ANELVA, which specializes in Physical Vapor Deposition and sputtering technologies. Our equipment portfolio also includes back-end process tools like die-bonders, provided by Canon Machinery, allowing us to cover everything from front-end to back-end semiconductor processes.
