Lake Okeechobee Airboat Association Trash Fish Tournament

This was our 17th year hosting a trash fish tournament on June 7, 2025, from 9 AM to 2 PM at the Okee-Tantie Airboat Landing on Highway 78 in Okeechobee. There were 19 paid registrations, some new participants this year and some regulars. Some were out there being very competitive, and others were more about just having a good time. Some just donated to our fund raiser and didn't fish.
The tournament brought in 406 fish on official record. Several only weighed in big fish or didn't weigh in so we know there was more.
