SCORPIO-N STRIKES GOLD AT GLOBAL NCAP

The new Mahindra Scorpio-N proved its mettle when it comes to safety as the SUV secured a five-star rating in the latest round of Global NCAP's updated crash tests. However, despite an overall five-star rating, the Scorpio-N was awarded a three-star rating for child occupant protection.

The SUV scored 29.25 points out of a total of 34 in adult occupant protection tests.
The report rated the protection offered by the Scorpio-N to the driver's and passenger's head and neck as good.
However, protection for the driver's and passenger's chest was rated as marginal.
