Liberty Media has completed its acquisition of MotoGP promoter Dorna Sports, purchasing 84% stake for approximately €4.3 billion (*38,600 crore), with Dorna's management, led by CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta and COO Enrique Aldama, retaining the remaining 16%.
