How to make a manifold difference to a Hillman Imp

There is an expert in BMW engine swaps, of the kind I'm planning for my Hillman Imp, who said he was going to have a batch of exhaust manifolds made up for anyone currently doing a conversion.
I have a BMW K1100 inline four-cylinder engine and wiring loom ready for the swap but no 'zorst, so I said to count me in.
