Porsche redefines the electric hypercar

PORSCHE'S history of range-topping hypercars consists of just three models - the 959, Carrera GT and 918 Spyder.
● Mission X promises huge pace

But now the firm has revealed a new concept that could well become the fourth instalment: the Mission X.
Revealed to mark 75 years since the first 356 'No.1' Roadster hit the roads, the Mission X is officially just a concept for now. But Porsche points out that previous design studies "have always laid the groundwork for the future".
A sleek two-seater, the Mission X is 4.5 metres long and two metres wide, with a wheelbase of 2.73 metres, making it comparable in size to the Carrera GT and 918 Spyder.
