I was still in college and with all the Anti-war emotions and rebellion and love and brotherhood heavy in the air along with The Beatles and The Scorpions singing against wars and for world peace, I was expecting an Anti-American movie against the Vietnam war, but it was not to be so.
This is one movie that was so disturbing that, I could not complete watching the movie in the first sitting. I was affected so much by the horrid and violent scenes in the movie that I had to get out of the hall to stop myself from puking, inside the movie house. But then I had to go back to complete watching this epic movie though it was too violent for my tastes.
