Between the calm of KBR Park and the shimmer of Hyderabad's skyline, a 10,000 sq ft home at One Hyde Park finds its perfect balance. Designed by Haresh P. Lakhani of HP Lakhani Associates, it is a meditation in light, proportion, and the understated poetry of quiet luxury

THE ART OF EQUILIBRIUM

Between the hush of KBR Park and the restless glimmer of Hyderabad's skyline lies a space that doesn't take sides—it simply breathes both.

Inside One Hyde Park, architect Haresh P. Lakhani of HP Lakhani Associates orchestrates a living room that feels like an exhale: neutral, layered, and timeless. Every material choice—marble softened by hand, metal brushed to a gentle sheen, light filtered through floating planes—serves to hold the room in balance. It is at once expansive and intimate, composed yet alive, a threshold between serenity and vibrance.

Here, luxury speaks in undertones—in the discipline of proportion, in the restraint of surface, in the way daylight moves through space. The room becomes less a backdrop and more a state of being: one where every view, every reflection, and every pause feels perfectly poised.

THE LIVING ROOM: BETWEEN PARK AND SKYLINE

Designed as a threshold between serenity and vibrance, the living room at One Hyde Park embodies balance—letting nature and city breathe in equal measure. On one side lies the calm expanse of KBR Park; on the other, the glittering skyline that never sleeps. The interiors hold these opposing moods with effortless composure—neutral, layered, and deliberately paced, allowing the views to narrate their own story.

QUIET LUXURY, REDEFINED
