The brief for this project was clear: to create a residence that was both modern and rooted in nature. “The client’s vision was to achieve a seamless fusion of modern and farmhouse villa styles — clean, contemporary lines combined with the warmth of a countryside retreat,” shares Ajmera. By balancing sloping roofs with modern volumes and leveraging the site’s greenery, the architectural language reflects both tradition and innovation.
