HOLLY SMITH and Sing Z presided over the Redpost Equestrian Foxhunter second round by almost 10 seconds, after all bar one other of the nine jump-off contenders failed to produce a clear.

Holly posted a solid pathfinder round on Su and Gordon Hall’s seven-yearold, who already had both talent seekers and grade C Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) qualification in the bag, forcing the majority of the field to fault in pursuit.

A steady clear from Tatiane Mauree and 11-year-old Jantuscha took reserve after strong bids from Lauren Roach (Louisiana-S), Leo Lamb (Nalani III), Laura Renwick (Top Star C) and Joe Trunkfield (Claud Van Dam) all pipped Holly's time but added a rail.
