Sally Field has finally dipped her toe in the dating waters 28 years after her second divorce - and friends tell Woman's Day she's “having the time of her life"

According to our insider, the 75-year-old Oscar winner had "sworn off men before the pandemic hit, (and was] happy to potter about as grandma-to five and mum-to-three very proud and protective sons".

However, all that changed during lockdown when she barely got to see her family.

“It was a very scary and lonely time for a lot of older single folk and Sally's no exception," says a longtime friend. "All of sudden she found herself isolated for the first time in her life and it was a very vulnerable feeling.
