Siyachubeka means “we are moving forward” and it is the principle this stokvel runs on. Their contribution amount is reasonable and their saving strategy is slow and steady.
The men are there for one another in times of need, especially when there is a death in any of their families.
MONEY MATTERS
The members each deposit their monthly R300 contribution into a savings account. The money, between R3000 and R6000, is used when needed for burials.
