BLUE HILL—After an electrical issue during the junior varsity game forced an evacuation and a delay in the start of the varsity game, the George Stevens Academy girls basketball team could not come up with the win against Narraguagus at home on January 11.

The game got going roughly an hour later than scheduled, as the Blue Hill Fire Department was called to the scene after smoke was detected during the fourth quarter of the JV game. The teams warmed up once people were allowed back into the building, but the Eagles were unable to find their footing once the game tipped off.
