Epson has always maintained their edge in photo printing, and they left all competitors behind with their ink tank printers bringing affordability to every-day printing needs. Their PictureMate series of compact portable printers have been selling well since photographers started using these at tourist destinations, providing instant prints to clients. The new PM520 adds Wi-Fi and cloud printing to the PictureMate series.
Design and Build Quality
The Epson PM520 has a boxy design. The device bundles up into a slightly elongated cube and has a handle to carry it around. The printer is well constructed and all the slots have sturdy panels for cover. The input and output trays are sturdy and the printer occupies very less space on the desk.
