And now, in the recent past, hot female models with toned thighs and bulging glutes to get the fairer sex going, the business of fitness has transformed itself from the actual ideals of ‘being fit’ to befitting the ideal, unachievable and ‘dreamt of’ visually perfect physique as the benchmark of being healthy.
