¿Maravilloso, no? Lo que dices tiene un efecto instantáneo y poderoso que puedes utilizar para conseguir lo que quieres, y si has escuchado alguna vez la frase: “Ten cuidado con lo que pides porque se puede hacer realidad”, sabrás hacía dónde nos dirigimos.

Eres un ser integral, mente y cuerpo están conectados y actúan en coordinación. Cuando expresas algo tu cerebro se pone en acción, genera ideas, activa emociones y se transforma en un lenguaje total, porque tus palabras, tu cuerpo y la emoción que le imprimes a tu discurso se unen para revelar tus ideas, es tu mejor carta de presentación en la que te puedes apoyar ante cualquier situación que abordes.
