1. Starting with sparkling wine?
Why not start the occasion with bubbles? The Surrey Hills has a growing reputation for producing fabulous sparkling wines, grown on the chalk belt that runs along the North Downs. Most famous of these is Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking but there are also Greyfriars on the Hogs Back, High Clandon, Albury, Godstone, Iron Railway Vineyard in Merstham and Painshill Park in Cobham.
