When a company is into education and IT services, its office is naturally expected to reflect this profile. So Architect Narayan and Associates Pvt. Ltd., have successfully conceptualized a bright, bold and visually appealing space for Learning Mate Solutions in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Spread across five floors, this sprawling 60,000 sq. ft. office space is in tune with its global counterpart, as the client wanted this office to impart the feel of Silicon Valley offices. “Hence, we got an opportunity to break free from the straight and regular business offices and created a space that appeals to the young employees,” says Ar. Narayan.

Their biggest challenge lay in fitting around 500 employees across floors without making the space look congested, as well as, ensuring evenly distributed interactive spaces. These spaces help in breaking the monotony, complementing the layout and keeping things casual and buoyant — important considerations when appealing to a youthful workforce.
