Michela Raymond was very involved in athletics, competing in both soccer and cheerleading. Once she reached adulthood, she says she wasn’t as active. “I just didn’t do as much—but then I decided that I wanted to get back in shape so I went to the store and bought weights, bands, and everything I needed at home and trained for three months before signing up at a gym.”
