A fit body and mind helps in leading a positive and successful life. Yoga is one of the oldest forms of spiritual practice that involves unification of body, mind and soul in enhancing the functioning of the body. Yoga involves different poses or asanas sometimes done in a succession to achieve the desired results. Yoga encourages the body to heal itself by centring the energy towards the targeted area of the body. Yoga focuses on achieving fitness of both mind and the body. It helps reduce physical and mental stress. Yoga poses or yogasanas can be easily performed anywhere as it requires minimal setup.
