No han sido meses fáciles para nadie, desde la aparición del Coronavirus COVID-19 el mundo se paralizó, la mayoría de las personas tuvo que abandonar el lugar de trabajo para resguardarse en casa, dejando las calles vacías, supermercados sin clientes y qué decir de los negocios locales. Son indicaciones que dio la Secretaría de Salud para vencer a este virus ¡que, obvio, no nos va a derrumbar!
¿Cuántas veces pediste quedarte un día en casa? Si los domingos eran de lo más rápido, ahora toda la semana ha sido domingo. ¿Hace cuánto tiempo que no comías con la familia? Mucho. Ha sido momento de poner en marcha proyectos, sueños y deseos.
Pero, ahora que poco a poco comenzamos a salir, hay indicaciones a seguir para cuidar de los otros y de nosotros. La Secretaría de Salud informó la medida a tomar durante la pandemia: la Sana Distancia, que consiste en reducir el contacto entre las personas para poner en niveles bajos la propagación del COVID-19.
Desde la infancia nos dijeron que nada malo podía pasarnos en casa, es el lugar más seguro del mundo, permanecer dentro es lo mejor que podemos hacer. Sin embargo, muchos tenemos que salir a trabajar, hacer compras o trámites, el mundo no se puede detener, ¡ni nosotros! Pero algo es cierto: necesitamos asegurarnos de cumplir estas esenciales medidas de salud para cuidarnos entre todos.
