People may feel like they’re missing out if they stay quiet,” says Susan Krauss Whitbourne, PhD, author of The Search For Fulfillment. Yet, the more time millennials spend on social media, a University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine study has found, the more likely they are to be depressed. Sad.
