HEY, SHORTY!
After many moons (and seasons), blunt nails were spotted on the Spring/ Summer 2021 runways, and us lazy gals couldn't be happier. For the past few years, the approved list of nail shapes included square, oval, squoval, coffin, and stiletto...all of which can be high-maintenance, TBH. But the backstage pros have finally given a green signal to short-but-neatly manicured talons. Yes, they might not be intricate nail-art-friendly, but look super-cute in monochrome. Shades and finish no bar, pop digits—seen at Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, Mark Fast, Bottega Veneta, among others—look great against constrasting outfits and accessories, or make-up even.
