Jodie Comer takes on a retro role in Talking Heads
As assassin Villanelle in Killing Eve, Jodie Comer is used to wearing the latest designer outfits, but for her role in Alan Bennett’s returning Talking Heads monologues, which continue this week, her look was decidedly retro!
As aspiring actor Lesley, first played by Dame Julie Walters in 1988, Jodie sports a typically 1980s ensemble featuring shoulder pads, high-waisted jeans, and pearl earrings.
