Nestled in a forest in Thailand, the hospital is the world’s largest for elephants and is equipped with the latest medical technology.

Causing a stink

It’s a very messy business this week, as first through the hospital’s doors is seven-year-old bull elephant Bun, who’s suffering with a severe case of diarrhoea.
