The Power For Four

The City Of New York is in danger of destruction. A scheming villain has ordered its ruin. Luckily, help is at hand in the form of blind vigilante Daredevil, orphaned martial artist Iron Fist, indestructible ex-con Luke Cage, and superstrong sleuth Jessica Jones – The Defenders.

The action begins as each superhero separately investigates shady corporation Midland Circle, before their paths cross. ‘Every one of them is following their own trail of bread crumbs,’ explains co-writer Marco Ramirez. ‘They are each trying to unpack the mystery.’

The series will feature other characters from the individual shows, including Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) from Daredevil, and Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson), who featured in all four. But Ramirez insists you don’t need to have watched the individual shows to enjoy The Defenders.
